From the start of our season in 2012, all passengers will be able to listen to a wonderful spiel about all aspects of the canal, with a touch of humour!
Northern comedian Dave Spikey will be recording with us in January in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Multi award-winning Spikey is one of the most sought-after comedy talents in the UK today. With a career spanning two decades, he has numerous TV appearances to his name as a stand-up comedian, presenter and actor - as well as behind the screens, as an acclaimed comedy writer. Co-writer and co-star of Phoenix Nights, writer and co-star of Dead Man Weds and Magnolia, presenter of Bullseye and team captain on four hit series of 8 out of 10 cats.
