Fine Dining a Success at Skipton Boat Trips
Saturday 26th September saw the successful introduction of our Fine Dining Cruise. In collaboration with David Tait, Chef Patron of Uovo Foods, the first of our six course luxury dining experiences was unveiled to an enthusiastic audience. The menu for our first evening was a carefully chosen selection of the finest local and regional ingredients, where everything, from the fish and the meat, the fruits and the herbs, could be traced to specific locations across Yorkshire and the north of England.
As a follow up to this evening, we will be hosting a Christmas Fine Dining Cruise, more details of which to follow soon!
